Supply Staff to support with SEND needs across the year
We are looking for someone to join our team from September 2026 who is:
Trained and experienced at Level 3 for the childcare workforce
Creative, reliable and flexible to work across 5 days between 8.15 to 17.45
Has experience of leading a room with a clear understanding of the importance of routines and structure for learning through play and able to engage children in sustained interactions and support each child to reach their full potential
Is confident to support children with SEND including autism and to using a variety of communication methods to support children learn
