Key Person
Could you be the right person to join our team this term?! The most important qualities are a love of early years education, forming professional working relationships with children and their families and the energy and creativity to support young children to learn and thrive.
We are looking for a creative, dedicated person to join our small friendly team as Key Person to our Green Group! We hope for someone with experience and a suitable qualification but the right person can be trained alongside joining us to their level 3 in the childcare workforce.
The role involves working with a group of early years children, aged between 2-4 year’s old, as their Key Person, as well as working across the whole setting to provide creative, fresh ideas and opportunities for learning, helping to plan, set up and keep vibrant our spacious inside and outside setting.
Full time work: 40 hours per week, term time only, starting at 8.15 each morning and to include supporting our ‘Staying for Tea’ group Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons a week until 17.45. Monday and Fridays hours are from 8.15 – 15.15 and time given once a week for an hour of non contact staff meeting time.
