Supply Staff to support with SEND needs across the year
We are also looking for someone with flexibility who can support several sessions a week for this year supporting the learning needs and inclusion of a number children with SEND as well as promoting strong Communication and Language skills across the setting. This role may be suitable for more than one person looking for a few hours week. Hours would be organised on a term by term basis and reliability would be essential once hours agreed. Term time only.
We need someone pro active and confident to engage children in play, organise small group and 1:1 activities and initiate communication with children across the setting using a range of strategies. Experience of a work environment and ideally early years is important and an interest in how young children and those with SEND needs communicate ideal.
Hours and days could vary term by term according to need – often more days being needed in the summer term as numbers increase across the year.
