Fees are invoiced ahead of each term and due at the start of each term (6 times a year). Fees are reviewed annually by the Management Committee, and approved by members at the Annual General Meeting. All Nursery families can become members and a form is available from the office and is sent to all new families
Fees are payable on all sessions after the child’s start date, whether or not a parent/carer stays.
Fees are payable for any sessions missed through illness. If your child is unwell with a long term condition please phone and speak to the Administrator as the Committee may consider a reduction for long term illness.
Absence due to holidays during term time will be charged.
If you plan to withdraw your child, please notify us in writing one term in advance.
There is a one off registration fee of £10 to help cover administrator costs.
From the main term after their 3rd birthday, all children are entitled to 15 hours per week: funded by the Nursery Education Fund.
Nursery is open 5 mornings and 5 afternoons.
Mornings run from 8.30 or 9.30 start to 12.00
Afternoons run from 12.00 to 2.30. The afternoon session includes eating lunch so children are required to bring a packed lunch.
From September 2017 some working families will be entitled to up to 30 hours childcare per week. A checker for eligibility can be found on line and our Administrator can offer advice. The 8.30 start is included in the 30 hours funded entitlement.
We accept childcare vouchers
Further assistance may be available for younger children whose parents are on Universal Credit or other benefits Please ask the Administrator.
Up to 15 hours support can be available for 2 years olds. Health Visitors and Children Centre hubs can also give information and support about the two year old entitlement and a checker can be found on line via the County Council web-site.
Fees may increase from time to time and notice will be given of this.
